It is a service studied for the clients that arrive at the airport. Our production office constantly checks with internet the situation of the incoming flights, transmitting the possibile delays or cancellations. Our driver will receive by our office all the needed informations and will wait for the passenger at the hall of the airport, close to the custom, with a notice in his hand that will make the encounter between the driver and the passenger easier. (In some airport it is not possible to wait for the passenger in the hall, so it will be our office's care to communicate the alternative meeting point when the client books the service). At the arrival of the passenger the driver will give his utmost attendance to the passenger for the transportation of the luggage or for any other need.
