Reservation:
The
reservation center is in Italy, via XXII Marzo n. 1 ph +39(0)331781734 fax
+39(0)331799341. It’s open from Monday to Friday from 08.00 am to 08.00
pm (Italian time)
Quotation:
To
request one quotation you can use our service http://bookingonline.clabservice.it/_eng
the
reservation office will send to you, through e.mail or “web-link” the
quotation generally within the 24 hours for the services in Italy and
Europe, and within the 48 for the services in others parts of the world. Our
reservation center does not
carry out telephone estimates
Booking:
if
you want to reserve in Italy it is necessary to communicate the demand at
least 8 hours before the beginning for the service. If you want to reserve
in other states, is necessary to communicate the demand at least 48 hours,
even if the vehicles are available at the moment of your request.
Your
reservation for being valid, you must fill ours “payment-form”, and
copy of the front and back side’s credit card . The payment-form is
available on our web site or in the booking online system. All
reservations without credit card, will be not considered valid.
Confirmation
of the reservation:
Our
reservations center, will send as confirmation of the reservation a
voucher through e.mail or fax. Only if you have received the voucher the reservation it is confirmed.
The
vehicle you reserved will be punctually in the place you have indicated in
your reservation, except in case of motives and circumstances not
chargeble to us, like road works, demonstrations, climat events of large
intensity. In this case we will prompt advise you on possible delays and
we will find alternative solutions that will reduce the troubles at the
minimun. In case of damage or accident we will procede immediatly to the
substitution of the vehicle. The driver will take you at the point of
destination as soon as possible choosing
the
best itinerary considering the traffic situation and respecting the rules
of the road code.
You will note
the professional behavior and the discretion of our drivers; they will
wear a uniform or jacket and tie.
n case of
damage caused to our vehicles by the passenger, the amount of the damage
will be charged.
On board the
vehicles Clab Service is absolutely forbidden smoking and eating , but you
can ask to the driver to do stops during the way.
The
transportation of pets is allowed but only if they are in the proper cage.
It is faculty
of Clab Service choosing which vehicle to use. In the cars, it is
obligatory for all the passengers to wear the seat belts, previewed from
the national norms.
Payment:
The
payment will have to be made, with credit card (amex, visa, dinners,
mastercard) you have to fill our “payement-form” that can be found on the home page, or using the http://bookingonline.clabservice.it_eng
system.
The
amount of the service, will be unloaded on reception of the credit card,
but not before the 72 hours from the first service.
Where it is
not possible to indicate preventively a flat rate for exemple, disposal
services, for exceptional causes like
delays of the flights, lost of baggages …, the amount quoted
will be charged you, when we receive the credit card, but not
before the 72 hours from the first service, the odd lot will be debited
within 24 hours from the last service, communicated to the customer
through e.mail.
If you pay
with bank transfer, you will have to make it 5 days before the first
service, if emitted from one Italian Bank. If
you pay with one not Italian bank 12 days before the first service.
Where it is
not possible to indicate preventively a flat rate as an exemple, in the
services with driver at disposal, for exceptional causes, which delays of
the flights, lost of baggages … the reservation office, can ask you one
credit card as guarantee. The credit card could be used in the event that
the bank transfer does not come executed.
On-line
reservation:
With
the reservation the customer guarantees that the supplied data are correct,
than the eventual credit card is in its availability and has sufficient
cover.
The
reservation office, will refuse the reservations with not complete data.
Clab Service
is not in charge of the uncorrected use of the credit card. Clab service
guarantees that the data from,sent by fax or booking online are protect.
Clab
Service will check that the data supplied are true calling visa, amex,
dinners, mastercard call centers.
Change
of reservation:
For
each reservation change, the head office must be informed by e-mail or by
phone during the following hours: from 8.00 am till 8.00 pm. (italian
time).
In
case of change of programme communicated within 6 hours from the beginning
of the service, if we are not in the position to satisfy the new request,
we will suggest you alternative solutions, in case of no alternative
solutions or in case you will not accept the alternative suggested, we
will consider the service as a no-show.
Invoice:
The
price of the service will be turnover, using the data supplied.
Cancellation;
For
cancellation whithin > 72 hrs
before the service will be charged the 0% of the total amount;
For
cancellation whithin 72 > 24 hrs before the service will be charged the
50% of the total amount;
For
cancellation whithin 0 > 24 hrs or in case or not arrival will be
charged the 100% of the
total
amount. No-show 100%
In
case of unexpected cancellation of the flight for atmospheric or technical
causes, the amount of the escape has only had re-enters to empty of the
car in garage.
In
case of particular reservation (ex. U.S.A reservations) the cancellation
policy will be explained in your quotation.
All
rates include:
Reservation
process, chauffeurs salary, motorway expenses in Italy, gasoline, oil,
full maintenance of car, general insurance, meal driver for services until
8 hours, assistance 24 hours, VAT. In the airport 30 minutes of free wait,
in the station/harbour/location 10 minutes free wait , after,
the prices from quotation are used.
The
calculation of the cost of the services begins and finishes to the moment
of exit/re-enters in the garage of the cars. Such costs will be indicate
to you in the estimate.
All
rates not include:
Meal
of driver for service beyond the 8 hours, not national paytolls, ferries,
tunnels, paytolls in art city, hotel for the driver if necessary, extra
for service usually is from 08.00 pm to 06.00 am, extra for service in the
festivity days. Such costs
will be indicate to you in the estimate.
Meeting
point:
Client
will be met by our chauffeur with signboard
In
the airport in the arrival area of the flight, in the harbour near the
ship, in the station near the train, or as established on your quote.
If
necessary:
If
you can not locate the driver please call the local service phone
indicated on the reservation voucher, this phone call will avoid that a
now-show service will be charged.
Waits:
The
driver will wait you:
In
the airport arrivals area 1 hrs, from the time of the landing
In
the harbour, railway station, 30 min. from the arrival of the ship or the
train
In
hotel, location 30 min.
After
this, if you have not called our head office or directly your driver, a
no-show service will be charged
Tips:
Tips
are not included in the quotation. Is the client that decide the eventual
amount of the tip.
Governing
law:
This
agreement is governed by and construed in with the italian law,
Jurisdictio: (Court of Varese).
Protection
of personal details issued:
As
per the Decreto Legislativo 196/03, we inform you that your personal
details issued will be stored on a protected database. Moreover your
personal details will be used by Clab Service and , if
necessary, issued to the others firm of our Group, in Italy and abroad.
We inform you that the responsible of the personal details
treatment is Clab Service, situated in Via XXII Marzo 1 -
21013 Gallarate (VA). As per Art. Nbr. 29 of the
Decreto Legislativo 196/93 (to see the original text you can visit
the web site: www.garanteprivacy.it
); the
person responsible of the
personal details treatment is the Direct Manager.
As estimated
on art. 7 of the Decreto Legislativo above mentioned, you can ask, anytime,
to change or cancel your details, mailing
