When booking a Shuttle Service the client chooses and accepts the most suitable pick up time from the options given at the time of booking. The Airport departure time are fixed. If a scheduled share transfer airport pick-up time has been missed, for whatever reason the passenger/s will be offered seats on the next available service.  However the passenger/s will have missed their scheduled shared transfer and no refund will be available.

Scheduled shared transfer pick up time may be subject to charge. It is responsability of the client ensure at "Italian Limousine Network" has been provide with a valid mobile phone number. If a change to the pick up time is the Italian Limousine Network office will contact the passenger/s by SMS or voicemail of the change of pick up time. Failure to provide a valid contact for the passenger/s may cause them to miss their transfer. Under this circumstance no refund will be available. Where two or more people are included on the same booking, the person purchasing the booking shall be deemed to be acting as an agent for both or all members of the party and accepts these booking conditions on behalf of each member of the party.

Customers are limited to one item of luggage and one item of hand luggage for passenger.  Any excess luggage must be declared at the time of booking. In the event of a client having exess luggage, Italian Limousine Network, reserve the right to charge an excess baggage allowance of refuse to transport the items.

The passenger/s will be take to and collected from the Malpensa airport (meeting point to be written on the confirmation vaucher), droop off "Fiera Milano city" + "piazza Duomo"
